Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, and Prime Minister of the French Republic HE Gabriel Attal, opened the work of the Qatari-French Economic Forum, which was held on the sidelines of the visit of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to the French Republic.
The forum, in which representatives of government agencies and the private sector from the Qatari and French sides participated, witnessed the holding of several interactive sessions that highlighted investment opportunities in some fields, including tourism, transportation, technology and innovation.
On the sidelines of the forum, bilateral meetings were held between representatives of the private sector in the State of Qatar and several French producing and exporting companies, to explore opportunities for cooperation, exchange experiences, and building new investment partnerships in sectors of common interest, in addition to signing three agreements and memorandums of understanding between the two sides.
