Q-Tec Switchgear proudly stands as the pioneer in Qatar for producing the 11kV Indoor Switchgear panel (Qompact-12) and the 2500A/1600A Kahramaa DIN / J Type Feeder Pillar (Qompact-FP). This achievement solidifies our position as the leading company in Qatar, contributing significantly to establishing “MADE IN QATAR” as a symbol of reliability and excellence across our entire product range. Over the past decade, Q-Tec has emerged as one of Qatar’s most valuable customer-centric organization. It has built important assets for Qatar by innovating and investing a better future.

The Qompact-12, 11kV Switchgear mainly designed for Kahramaa new specification-2023 can be used in secondary and primary substations. This can be used for other infrastructure requirement in Qatar and worldwide.

In addition to 11kV Switchgear, our portfolio covers the Qompact-FP, Feeder Pillar 2500A & 1600A “DIN” & “J” Type designed for Kahramaa specification and widely used as an electricity distribution board in low voltage networks.

Q-Tec Switchgear to expand manufacturing; in pact with Siemens for the Simoprime World production known for its high performance and reliability, is a leading choice in medium-voltage switchgear solutions worldwide up to 17.5kV and can reach up to 4000A with forced ventilation 40kA

Also, Q-Tec has added worlds first SF6 free 33kV Switchgear in the portfolio by signing the strategic technical partnership with Nuventura GmbH.

Q-Tec is associated with ABB Italy as a technical partner for MV & LV Switchgear in Qatar and can always offer innovating and technology with the support of ABB.
