Qatar has made extensive preparations to host the upcoming FIFA 2022 World Cup, a tournament that will be held for the first time in the Middle East and the North Africa region. It is estimated that over 1.5 million visitors from around the world will arrive through Doha’s international airport and will be looking for a place to stay.
The summit will focus on the latest trends and changes expected in the hospitality industry particularly relevant to the FIFA 2022 World Cup. Some of the topics include the importance of technology, managing post COVID-19 protocols, and enhancing the customer experience.
Martin Baeuerle, Operations Manager, will moderate the discussion on ‘Post Pandemic Hospitality – Sustainability is the Key’.
