Qatar Building Engineering Company commenced its operations in the year 1984 as a Civil & Building Contractor. The company underwent tremendous growth during the early 90’s by executing many prestigious and notable landmarks like Salam Tower, National Control Center for MEW, Town Center, City Center, Alfardan Gardens, AWQAF villas, QP Central Office, Doha Racing & Equestrian Club and many prestigious private developments, including notable developments like towers, infrastructural developments and roads & drainage works.

In-house facilities such as Carpentry Division, Aluminium & Metal Fabrication Division and Electromechanical Division (‘A’ Grade), were established in the early 90’s, to support the performance, and has executed renowned projects. The Company’s growth is attributed to its commitment to quality work and the timely completion of the assigned projects.

The company is registered as an ‘A’ Grade Building Contractor with the Central Tenders Committee (CTC). Presently, there are 3,000 workers, supervised and managed by a team of Technocrats, Genuine Professionals, and Administrators with a fleet of recognized professional Engineers.

Apart from being an ‘A’ Grade Contractor, the company has successfully executed Design and Build projects such as palaces to private clients and EPIC projects for major clients like M/s Qatar Petroleum, Qatar Foundation & Building Engineering Department, ABB substations such as 220/132/33 KV Substation at Mesaieed, Ras Laffan and Selliya, were completed with in record time to meet with the Clients tight Completion Schedule.

Today the Company is ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 certified and has the capabilities to take up any major contracts in Building/Civil Construction/ Infrastructural developments, Industrial and MEP.
