Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani met with Secretary-General of the United Nations Antonio Guterres, who is visiting the country, at the Amiri Diwan on Tuesday.
