Minister of Commerce and Industry HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Qassim Al Thani met with Minister of Industry, Trade, and Tourism of Spain Reyes Maroto.
During the meeting, the officials discussed ways to develop bilateral relations between the two nations in various fields. Moreover, the meeting featured previewing a number of issues of common interest aimed at strengthening cooperation at the level of trade, investment, and industry.
During the meeting, the Minister of Commerce and Industry highlighted the successful economic policies Qatar had put in place to support the private sector, and pointed out the incentives, legislation, and promising opportunities available in Qatar that are aimed at encouraging Spanish investors, businessmen, and business owners to invest in Qatar.
