A Qatari aircraft carrying 22 tonnes of medical aid arrived at Port Sudan Airport in Sudan.

The aid is provided by the Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD) and the Qatari Red Crescent Society (QRCS). The aircraft is the second of an air bridge allocated by Qatar to assist those affected by the current fighting in Sudan.

This aid comes within the framework of the State of Qatar’s support for the Sudanese people and its full support for their steadfastness in the face of the difficult conditions they are currently living through due to the ongoing fighting.
