TotalEnergies Qatar has signed an agreement with Qatar Museums to become a ‘Founding Family’ member of Dadu, the Children’s Museum of Qatar.
This partnership further reinforces TotalEnergies’ ties with Qatar Museums, building upon the success of the Qatar-TotalEnergies playground at the National Museum of Qatar (NMoQ).
Dadu is the first institution of its kind in Qatar to provide innovative child development settings and resources to support children, families, and educators to thrive and contribute to a sustainable future. The museum will be Qatar’s first publicly funded museum, with all donors, families, and corporations directly contributing to the future of Qatar and its people.
Dadu is dedicated to the continuous enrichment of the lives of children and their families. The museum is being designed to nurture, challenge, and inspire Qatar’s future leaders and caretakers, fueling their creativity and encouraging empathy and understanding.
In the presence of HE Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Chairperson of Qatar Museums, and Dr. Mohamed bin Saleh Al Sada, President of the Dadu Advisory Committee, a special ceremony was organized at the National Museum of Qatar during which Matthieu Bouyer, Managing Director of TotalEnergies EP Qatar and Country Chair, and Ahmad Al Namla, C.E.O of Qatar Museums, signed the sponsorship agreement.

In his opening speech, Matthieu Bouyer conveyed, “ We are delighted to contribute to this new innovative project of Qatar Museums, Dadu, Children’s Museum of Qatar, where the children of Qatar will be able to learn in an innovative and friendly environment.
