The US Ambassador to Qatar HE Timmy Davis has said that he is collaborating with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs HE Dr Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah on the expansion of the security partnership between the two countries.

Writing on the X platform, on Wednesday,the US envoy said: “Minister of State for Defense Khalid bin Mohamed Al Attiyah and I are working together on expansions of the US-Qatar security partnership.”

The two countries “cooperate closely on training, information-sharing, equipment, and more, to improve regional safety and stability”, the US ambassador added.
